International Experience Canada

A work permit or work visa is required for international candidates to work in Canada. Please note that due to the unpredictable nature of work permit processing timelines, we are pleased to work with candidates on securing a start date in the event that it needs to be adjusted.

Seasonal Employees

Our peak season is between May 1 and October 31. This is the time when the hotel truly comes to life with abundance of guests and energy felt throughout our Hotel. Typically, we look to hire approximately 100 seasonal employees annually and this is a great opportunity for Students as well as those who look to supplement their incomes in the summer months. Accommodation assistance may be provided to those applicants outside of our jurisdiction

Full-Time Employees

Full time opportunities are available year round and we are always on a lookout for new talent. Our hotel has many different areas and departments which truly provide opportunities to all demographics, levels of expertise, and opportunities to grow your careers through different experiences. We are a unionized hotel, and our employees are bound by and scheduled in accordance with our Collective Agreement. The opportunities provided are as diverse as our current population! Culinary Students

Our dedicated teams of Chefs are committed to teaching and training the next group of culinarians. As part of our culinary apprenticeship program, we are devoted to teaching and having you practice alongside our Chefs on what it takes to be great. Our diverse offerings allow the opportunity to learn about different cuisines, methods and techniques, as well as the ability to develop your own.
